EPS Brasil Ltda (Enteq) — Authorized Ricerca Chimica Distributor in Brazil
Enteq conducts its commercial activities based on ethics, transparency and integrity. This policy summarizes the commitments that guide our relationships with customers, suppliers, partners and employees.
1. Code of conduct and business integrity
Enteq bases its commercial relationships on technical and business merit, seeking fair negotiation conditions and fair competition. No benefit that could improperly influence a business decision is offered, requested or accepted.
2. Anti-corruption
Enteq has zero tolerance for any form of corruption, bribery or improper advantage, in accordance with applicable Brazilian law.
3. Data protection (LGPD)
Contact data is processed exclusively for business relationship purposes and in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law.

5. Environmental and workplace safety commitment
Most products distributed by Enteq under the Ricerca Chimica line (electrochemical system and chemical products for surface treatment of stainless steel and aluminium) are classified, in their majority, as GHS non-hazardous, citric-acid based, reducing the environmental and occupational risks associated with their use.
Some specific products in the line, intended for heavier pickling work, are classified as hazardous (corrosive) according to their own Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and are handled with specific PPE and safety protocols, distinct from the rest of the portfolio.
